What inocracy is
A tool where groups collect and judge ideas anonymously. Ideas are compared in pairs, and the best ones "mature" into the group's results.
Content rules
Not published: hate speech, incitement to violence, exposing private individuals (doxxing), and spam. Submissions pass an automated screen; anyone in a group can report an idea, and reported ideas are reviewed by a human. Critical or unpopular opinions do not violate these rules.
Accountability
Participants are anonymous; a topic's creator, however, is known to the operator and is accountable for the wording of that topic complying with these terms. The creator is not accountable for the ideas and judgments other members contribute. Repeated violations lead to losing the ability to create topics or to account termination.
Payments
Creating a topic may carry a fee (shown before payment). The fee covers operation and content review and is non-refundable once the topic opens.
Credits
Topics cost credits: 1 credit for a topic in a private or company group, 2 credits for a topic at a place. The price of a credit is shown at purchase; credits are bought singly when opening a topic or in packs, belong to you, and can be lent to a group as a batch; an unspent batch returns to you when you take it back or when the group closes. Each member may open at most one topic from any single batch. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, non-refundable after that, and expire 24 months after purchase. The invoice is issued by the payment provider at purchase.
No warranty
The service is a pilot and provided "as is". We may change the service. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app.
