Groups are free. You only pay to open a topic — a group's attention should be earned.
Topics cost credits
- 1 credit for a topic in a private or company group
- 2 credits for a topic at a place (a square, a café, a club)

Prices include VAT. The invoice is issued by our payment provider (Stripe) at purchase; companies can enter their VAT number.
Credits are yours
Credits you buy sit on your account and can be spent in any group. You can lend a batch to a group — your family, your company, the place you run. Members then open topics from the group's pool; each member may open at most one topic from any single batch, so nobody can drain it alone. An unspent batch can be taken back at any time and returns to you automatically when the group closes.
Refunds and expiry
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After that they are non-refundable, and they expire 24 months after purchase. If a group's creator declines a topic you proposed, your credit or payment is returned.
